The Breast Cancer Society of Canada is excited to invite you to the 26th Annual Pam Greenaway Kohlmeier Memorial Golf Tournament, on Friday, June 23rd, 2017. We are thrilled to be returning to Huron Oaks Golf Course in Brights Grove and look forward to having you join us to make this year’s event a resounding success!

For your individual registration fee of $125.00, you will enjoy:

Dress Code – Proper golf attire at all times. Mesh type shirts, muscle shirts, and any attire with offensive writing or graphics are not permitted. Cut-off shorts or jeans are not acceptable. Huron Oaks reserves the right to deny access to the course for anyone who is of questionable dress.

Footwear – Soft spikes are preferred. Other approved footwear includes flat-soled or similar athletic shoes.

Golf Cart Agreement Form – Huron Oaks will advise all participants that a cart waiver form must be signed by all participants before they tee-off.
